You can invite anyone to submit a work order request. This session focuses on what the requester will see on the request portal, what the recipient of the request sees once the request has arrived, and deciding what to do with the request. Webinar concludes with your questions being answered during our Q&A session 

• Submit work requests to the maintenance supervisor
• Decide what information should be required on work requests 
• Manage incoming work requests, and turning them into work orders
• Determine who can submit work requests.
