Introduction:

A Work Request can be used in several ways. The primary use is to receive requests from others outside the maintenance staff and then either resolve the issue at the request level or create a Work Order to resolve the issue.

To create a request using your company's Request Portal, you will need to know your company's URL/Request Portal location.  To find your company’s Request Portal URL, follow the steps below.

Instructions:

1.  Click on the Modules tab, then click on the Requests icon on the main ribbon.

2.  After clicking on the Requests icon, you will be redirected to the Request Management Console, where you will need to log in again with your credentials.

3.  Click on the Settings tab, followed by the Portal icon.

4.  Your company’s Request Portal URL link can be found under the URL section.
