New Features

Added asset tracking and asset location history to the ManagerPlus|Bi data categories
Work Order Completion time is now auto set to the time the user completes the work order, even if the time is left blank. (This differs from the previous functionality which was auto set to midnight when no time was specified) This will also correlate with logs now posting at the completion time. Opposed to the previous method of posting logs as of midnight on the specified completion date when no time was specified.

Fixes

Adjusted the work order summary to show credits/negative part quantities. This subsequently fixed some totaling errors.
Corrected an issue where certain Vendor invoice records in the Purchase Order module would create a duplicate budget transaction.
