New Features

Updated the log display option on the printed work order. This option is now a check box instead of a drop down. The intent was to make the option smarter, displaying the correct log without having to specify an option

Fixes

Fixed a reported issue that caused work orders generated from work requests to not display properly in the Basic edition
Corrected the inspection notifications that were duplicating the reported inspections when sending out email notifications
Fixed some formatting issues in the default PO note
