Fixes

Formatting corrections were made in the recently released log management console and related areas
An issue in work order parts showing inactive parts after creating a new part from that screen has been fixed
Corrected an issue that did not take into account first/initial log entries for scheduling - this would only apply to an asset's very first log entry if using a new metered log where the ability to reset the log was disabled
