Introduction:

Adding a attachment to a Work Order can be easily done by following these few simple steps:

This article applies to + Basic, + Professional, and + Enterprise.

Instructions:

1.  Create a new Work Order or open an already existing Work Order

 If a Work Order is already closed, it will need to be re-opened in order to proceed. 

 If creating a new Work Order, all required fields must be filled in and then saved before you can proceed to Step 2.

2.  Click on the Attachments tab.

3.  Make sure the drop-down menu is Attach File, then click on the Choose File button to select the appropriate file.

 Files must be 20 MB or smaller

4.  Click on New Attachment.  Once you have finished this step, you have successfully added an attachment to your Work Order.
